Application Details

	As recommended, Slatpanels can be affixed directly to the galvanized c profiles in the construction area.
	Masonry walls should first be framed with galvanized c profiles. It will be necessary to locate and mark the vertical position of the galvanized c profiles prior to installation.
	Galvanized c profiles are fixed to the masonry with 6* 80 mm. coarse thread screw. We recommend at least 400 mm centre space between two galvanized c profiles.
	The starting, bottom, inside – out side corners and H type of trims are fixed accordingly,
	If the slatpanel needs to be cut to size - cut the panels face down with a circular saw. Use a sharp blade with at least 60-80 teeth.
	Slatpanels can be screwed directly with 3,9* 16 mm. drill bited screw into the newly installed galvanized c profiles starting from top to bottom for the completion of the work.
	CEBECİ’s PVC Slatpanel systems are quick and easy to install and are ideal for exhibit displays.
	It is at least 5 times lighter than most conventional MDF slatwall exhibit systems and can easily be handled by one person, so there is no need for expensive fork lift installations.

Wooden studs (battens) usage

	Slatpanels can be also affixed directly to the wood studs in the construction area.
	Masonry walls should first be framed with wood studs, to meet building codes. It will be necessary to locate and mark the vertical position of the wall studs prior to installation.
	Wood studs are fixed to the masonry with 5* 60 mm. coarse thread drywall screw. We recommend at least 400 mm centre space between two wood studs.
	The starting, bottom, inside – out side corners and H type of trims are fixed accordingly,
	If the Slatpanels needs to be cut to size - cut the panels face down with a circular saw.
	Slatpanels can be screwed directly with 4* 25 mm. coarse thread wood screw into the newly installed wood studs starting from top to bottom for the completion of the work.
